Accounting Simple, Standard and Scale: what each plan includes

BSQ Accounting are our sister company, and offer three service plans. Each includes year-end statutory accounts, Corporation Tax (CT600) filing, Xero accounting software, HMRC liaison as your registered agent, access to our weekly Xero training sessions, and a quarterly topical webinar invitation.

Accounting Simple — £49 per month +VAT

For founders at the earliest stage of trading who are not yet taking a salary and who don’t need VAT registration. Includes year-end accounts, Corporation Tax filing, the Xero Ignite plan, and live chat and email support.

Accounting Standard — £89 per month +VAT

For founders who plan to be VAT registered, have employees, or have higher transaction volumes from day one. Includes everything in Simple plus VAT registration and quarterly returns, PAYE registration, director payroll for one director, director Self Assessment for one director, the Xero Grow plan, a quarterly Xero health-check, Syft Analytics Standard, and an annual tax efficiency review with written recommendations.

Accounting Scale — £129 per month +VAT

For founders ready to scale. Includes everything in Standard plus the Xero Comprehensive plan, a named accountant with UK support team, a 48-hour response promise, phone support, monthly Xero health-check, Syft Analytics Plus, payroll for up to three  people (including any directors), priority turnaround for VAT and year-end accounts, and a quarterly business performance and tax review.

How to purchase the BSQ Accounting Service

The BSQ Accounting Service can only be purchased when forming a company with us. You can either purchase our heavily discounted All Inclusive with Accounting Package, or add our Accounting Service to any other package at checkout.
