These habits ensure you get the most from your subscription. ### Weekly habits - Reconcile your bank feed every Friday: this will take on average ten minutes once you are in a routine - Raise invoices the day work is completed, not at the end of the month - Photograph receipts immediately using the Xero app and attach them to the transaction ### Monthly habits - Run a Profit and Loss report and check it looks consistent with what you have sold and spent - Check the Aged Receivables report and chase any overdue invoices - Review the Balance Sheet and note your Director Loan Account balance ### Use the training sessions Every BSQ Accounting plan includes access to our weekly Xero training sessions. If you are new to Xero, attend the beginner session first.
