It is not included in Simple or Standard plans. ### How to reach us by phone Call 020 3872 2528, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm. Our UK support team will take your call and resolve most day-to-day queries on the spot. Where a question needs technical input from your named accountant, the team will either transfer you or book a callback, so the right person deals with it. ### When to call vs when to email or chat Phone is best for time-sensitive matters, complex questions where a back-and-forth discussion is more efficient than writing, and anything where you want to talk through a decision with your accountant rather than receive a written answer. For straightforward queries, live chat or email may be faster. ### Fair usage Phone support is subject to the same fair usage policy as other support channels. It is intended for genuine accounting and tax queries.
