Submitting documents and queries through Karbon
Karbon allows you to submit documents, ask questions, approve documents and access your completed accounts and returns
We use a tool called Karbon as part of our central hub for your relationship with BSQ Accounting. You use it to submit documents, ask questions, approve documents, and access your completed accounts and returns.
Sending us information
We will send you emails requesting you to complete actions, such as providing the payroll details for the month, or additional information needed to complete a VAT registration on your behalf.
The email you receive has a link to a checklist that allows you to upload the information to us, leave comments and raise any queries.
If your link expires, this can be refreshed by re-requesting via the expired page.
Approving documents
Before we file any return or submit any accounts, we share a draft with you for your review and approval. Nothing is submitted without your sign-off.
💡 Good to know: We will send you requests for information and approvals via our Accounting Practice Management tool - Karbon. Accessing these requests is simple, just follow the email instructions from the request emails.
