This is what we monitor and action proactively as part of your plan. ### We always handle without being asked - Preparation of your annual accounts and CT600 before the deadline - Preparation of quarterly VAT returns (Standard and Scale) - Prepare payroll and Full Payment Submissions for HMRC each month (Standard and Scale) - Monitor your filing deadlines and alert you in advance - Apply tax code changes to payroll when HMRC issues an update - Conduct Xero health checks on schedule (Standard and Scale) ### What we need you to do We can only do the above accurately if your Xero records are kept up to date, and you respond to our requests promptly. The most common cause of delays is unreconciled Xero records or a client not approving a return we have sent for sign-off. 💡 **Good to know:** If something changes in your business: a new employee, a change in trading activities, or a large one-off transaction, please tell us.
