Haven’t heard from your chosen bank?
Not been contacted by your chosen bank yet? Here's what to do.
If you’ve added a banking referral to your company formation application, your chosen bank will contact you within approximately 3 working days after your company is formed, with details on how to get set up.
For high street banking referrals, such as Barclays or NatWest, you may receive a phone call - so please make sure to answer. If you miss the call, the referral may be closed and cannot be resubmitted.
For all other banks, you will receive an email with instructions on how to get started. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
Changed your mind and want a different banking referral?
1. Log in to your Client Portal
2. Select the 'My Companies' tile on your Customer Dashboard
3. Select your company name and open the 'Getting Started' tab
4. Select the banking referral you would like to add
5. Proceed to checkout and complete your order. Your chosen bank will then be notified.
⚠️Please note there is a 14 day cooling-off period. If you submit more than one bank referral request within 14 days, the additional referral will not be processed.
