How to form a company with 1st Formations
1. Choose your package
The first step is to choose and purchase your company formation package. If you’re unsure which option is right for you, our guide can help you compare packages and select the one that best suits your needs.
2. Complete your application
Next, you’ll complete your online application. The form is designed to be simple and user-friendly, but if you need support at any stage, click here for our helpful walkthrough which will support you through the process quickly and smoothly.
3. Complete ID verification
Once your application has been submitted, we will contact you to complete your ID verification. This is a standard requirement for all company formations.
If you need assistance, we also provide a step-by-step guide to help you complete this step without any difficulty.
4. Submit your PVC code
If you already have your PVC code, you can provide it during your application (step 2) and move straight past this stage.
If you don’t have a PVC code, don’t worry - we’ll obtain it from Companies House on your behalf. Once it’s ready, we’ll send you clear instructions on how to submit it to us.
5. Sit back and relax 😌
Once your application has been submitted to Companies House, most companies are formed within 1 working day, subject to Companies House processing times.
As soon as your company has been successfully incorporated, we’ll email you your official company documents along with full details of the services included in your package.
