A guide to renewing your services
Viewing your services and renewal dates
To see a full list of your services, expiration dates, and any expired services:

Log in to your account

On the Customer Dashboard, select "My Services & Renewals"
How to renew your services
Your services will renew automatically on the scheduled date using your primary payment card.
However, if you wish to renew your services manually, you can do so via the "My Services & Renewals" page.

Select the checkbox next to each service you wish to manually renew

Click "Add to cart" at the bottom of the page

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete payment
Once your payment is confirmed, we will send you a receipted invoice and renewal confirmation by email.
⚠️ Avoid manually renewing your services on the same day the automatic renewal is due to prevent duplicate charges.
