If you would like to request a refund for a recent purchase or renewal, our Refunds Team is here to help. Here's everything you need to know about how our refund process works.
Am I eligible for a refund?
If you have had a change of heart after making a purchase, we are happy to assist provided the following conditions are met:
• You request the refund within 14 days of the date of purchase
• We have not yet started working on your order

How long does a refund take?
Once your refund request has been confirmed by our team, it will take between 3 and 5 working days for the money to be returned to the account you used to make the original payment.
This timescale is outside our control and is determined by your card issuer's payment processes. Some banks may take slightly longer to process transactions.
💡 If you have not received your refund after 5 working days, please let us know. We can confirm whether your refund has been accepted by your bank and help resolve any delays.
