How to request a refund

Here’s what you need to know about requesting a refund

Am I eligible for a refund?

If you have had a change of heart after making a purchase, we are happy to assist with a refund, provided the following conditions are met:

  • You request the refund within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase

  • We have not yet started working on your order

If both of these apply, please get in touch with our Refunds Team and we will guide you through the process.

How long does a refund take?

Once your refund request has been confirmed, it will take between 3 and 5 working days for the money to be returned to the account you used to make the original payment.

This timescale is outside our control and is determined by your card issuer's payment processes.

💡 If you have not received your refund after 5 working days, please let us know. We can confirm whether your refund has been accepted by your bank and help resolve any delays.
