Renewing your services
The 1st Formations Customer Portal gives you a clear overview of all your active services and renewal dates in one place. Here's how to check your services and renew them quickly and easily.
Viewing your services and renewal dates
To see a full list of your services, expiration dates, and any expired services:
1. Log in to your account

2. On the Customer Dashboard, select 'My Services & Renewal'
From here you can see all services associated with your account, check when they are due to expire, and identify any that have already lapsed.
How to renew your services
Renewing your services takes just a few minutes from within the Customer Portal:
1. Log in to your account and go to your Customer Dashboard
[Add login link]
2. Select 'My Services & Renewal'
3. Tick the 'Renew' box next to each service you wish to renew
4. Add your selected services to your cart and follow the on-screen instructions to complete payment
Once your payment is confirmed, we will send you a receipted invoice and renewal confirmation by email.
Not sure which services to renew?
If you are unsure which services you need, or if there are any you no longer require, our dedicated Services Manager is happy to help.
