How to view and download your invoices

1st Formations stores all of your invoices securely in your customer dashboard. You can access a full history of your invoices at any time — no need to search through your emails or contact us directly. Here's how to find and download them.

Where are my invoices stored?

Every invoice generated for any service or package you have purchased through 1st Formations is saved automatically to your client account. 

Your invoice history covers all companies registered under your account, so if you manage more than one company with us, all invoices are accessible from the same place.

How to view and download your invoices

1. Log in to your client account using your username and password

2. On the Customer Dashboard, select 'My Invoice History' from the menu. This will display a full list of all previous invoices across all of your companies.

3. Find the relevant invoice in the list and select 'Invoice' to open a PDF version.

4. From the PDF view, you can download the invoice to your device or print it directly if needed.


Frequently asked questions

Can I access invoices for more than one company?
Yes. If you have more than one company registered under your account, invoices for all of them will appear together under 'My Invoice History'.

What if I cannot find a specific invoice?
If you are unable to locate an invoice, please contact our support team and we will be happy to help.

Can I get a VAT receipt?
Yes — all invoices issued by 1st Formations include VAT where applicable and can be used as VAT receipts.
