How the process works
- Complete the questionnaire - Once your confirmation statement is due, or if you have purchased the service separately, our Confirmation Statements Team will send you an email containing a Get Started or File Now button. Complete the short questionnaire with the required information about your company.
- We file on your behalf - Once your completed questionnaire is submitted to us, our team will prepare and file your confirmation statement with Companies House.

What is a confirmation statement?
Every limited company and LLP must file a confirmation statement with Companies House once a year. It confirms that the information held on public record is accurate and up to date.
The confirmation statement covers details relating to the company's registered office address, officers, SIC codes, share capital, shareholders and People with Significant Control (PSCs).
⚠️Important: Failure to file your confirmation statement will result in your company being closed down by Companies House. This applies whether your company is actively trading or dormant.
