What our monthly management accounts include and why you might need them
Monthly management accounts are available as an add-on for £35 per month +VAT if you have our Accounting Scale plan. They are not included in any plan as standard.
What management accounts include
- A monthly Profit and Loss report showing income and expenditure for the month and year to date
- A Balance Sheet at the month end
- Key ledger summaries
We will discuss your requirements before agreeing the format they are delivered in, and the typical turnaround after month-end.
Who needs management accounts
Management accounts are most valuable for directors who want a structured monthly view of performance, or who need formal monthly accounts for board reporting, investor updates, or bank lending.
💡 Good to know: Management accounts are based on your Xero records. For them to be accurate and delivered on time, your Xero must be fully reconciled before the end of each month.
